Requesting an
online presentation for [OPA]

The online presentation functions as follows:

• You need a (fast) internet connection and you should be able to use the telephone at the same time.
• You will receive a call from XIMES.
• You are granted a View Access to our computer via http://ximes.glance.net/ so that we can make a live presentation of the software (online plus a telephone commentary).
• Glance works smoothly and there are hardly ever any problems with firewalls.
